Is there a  query in  jql that Recognize "writing in English "?

I need to check if the summary name  is writing in English 

or there are issues that open on different language

Hi Amir,

No, there is nothing in Jira that can do that.  It doesn't even do spelling or grammar checking on the text being entered (most browsers can be asked to do it, but it's up to the end-user to enable that if they want)
