We are running into an issue wherein comments longer than 100K character are trimmed in jira. 
Could you please make the following setting in jira admin to solve this issue

jira.text.field.character.limit = 0

This property limits the number of characters that can be entered into Description, Environments, Comments and text custom fields. The maximum is 2147483647. A value of 0 means unlimited characters.

Your Jira admin needs to make this change. We don't have access to your server directly.

If you're actually on Jira Cloud (if your URL ends in *.atlassian.net) then you need to make a support ticket and the team there will let you know if it's possible.
