jira software is uninstalled

Hi,

I notice that JIRA Software has been uninstalled on my production environment and users no longer have access to jira software modules.

My support license is expired, did it relate to it?

When I click on the bonton "install", the installation 'does not succeed and I have the following message :

2019-01-31 10: 37: 23,931 UpmScheduler: thread-1 WARN sma [c.a.upm.pac.PacClientImpl] The user-installed add-ons are installed. This may affect the performance of the Manage Add-ons page.

This issue is related to expired software maintenance with Jira. We’re able to see you’re already in communication with support to have this issue resolved.

The support don't give me any solution since the license is expired.
