jira agile board columns for mix issue type having different workflows

Hello,

I am using JIRA cloud.

we have cutom issue type xyz which have workflow transition as

submitted-acknowledge-assigned -work_in_progress -testing–completed

we are also using jira default epic/story/task/bug issue type which has default workflow transition as

ToDo -in progress-Done

How to setup columns in agile board so that they appear in backlog

currently i have setup columns as

submitted- acknowledge- assigned -work_in_progress-testing–completed-ToDo -in progress-Done

can we separate it out as per issue type ?
