issue.property[development].openprs not returning all Projects

Hi!

Jira DC 8.20
Git Integration for Jira 4.11 BigBrassBand

I am trying to find a way to get open Pull Requests for an Issue.

The issue.property works for some Projects, but not for all.

What could be the reason for this ?
