issue comment: account-name shown instead of full username

Sometimes when a user replies to a comment of an issue, the accountname of the user is shown instead:

Any idea what's wrong in my installation?

Are you sure it's the account name? It must be the display name (Full Name). Double check that

Yes, it's definitly the accountname. In the above example the user replied to his own comment. At the comment his full name is displayed, at the reply to the comment, only the account name is shown.
