This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Using Parallel Sprints

I am referring to this issue https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/GHS-11123 which stated that this feature will be available for JIRA Software Server in a forthcoming release

As it says, only on Cloud.  It'll make its way into Server quite soon.  Check the version numbers.
