my company want that none of her workers can have access to the rove chrome extension due to Information Security issues.
Hi @roei_Taig
Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
It isn't currently an Atlassian setting to hide or disable the Rovo Chrome extension for users while keeping Rovo available in Jira or Confluence.
If your goal is to prevent employees from using the browser extension, the recommended approach is to manage it through your organization's browser management tools. Those tools can control whether Chrome extensions are allowed or blocked on managed devices.
Check this documentation.

Hello @roei_Taig
Block the extension using managed Chrome configuration tools such as Google Admin Console, Microsoft Intune, Group Policy, or Jamf/other MDM solutions.
Use Chrome's ExtensionSettings policy to set the installation_mode to "blocked" for the extension ID "npbjhobkibekbklkghlhfhieggcggpdb".
This prevents users from installing it and prevents an already-installed copy from loading on managed browsers.
From Atlassian side only only Enterprise offering auch granular Management level.
