is there any jira plugin/add on can auto worklog time ?

hi , I want to find plugin/add on  that  when i click a button it starts a timer,  then i click the button again it stop the timer,  the time of the timer  can auto be logged to this issue?

can you kindly give me some information ?

or give me some suggestion how to develop the plugin?
