What do you mean by "map version and component"? (We'll come on to doing it in Agile later)

Ah, I see. I'm afraid you can't do that. Versions and Components belong to projects, you can't do versions of components. There is a feature request for it in Atlassian's tracker, but I don't think it's going to happen soon.
