impossibility to create plans on Jira.

I can't create plans for my projects on Jira, i only can "read" already existing. I dont know if it is a limitation from my account. How can i procceed with that?

On top of what John asked, I'd recommend checking these:

• Learning course: Visualize work across teams with plans in Jira 

Basically, Jira admins can configure which user groups are Plans Users (can create new plans) and which groups are only Plans Viewers. Jira admin can configure this if they navigate to Settings > Jira apps > Permissions (under Plans)

Are you a Jira Administrator? Do you have a Premium subscription?
