import from Bugzilla in Jira 8.4

Hi All,

I am not getting Bugzilla import option in Jira import wizard and it shows options are CSV and JSON. Please help me to import bugzilla into Jira 8.4

Atlassian removed the dedicated importers from other specific applications as of 8.4 an are now only providing importers for csv and json. See Importing data from Bugzilla

only option is export Bugzilla to CSV or JSON format and import in to Jira. Is that correct?

Correct, the only two options for importing from another application is to use either CSV or JSON.

Do we know why the importers were removed? Its creating a lot of work to get around this.
