JIRA sends an automated reply saying received but no support comes afterwards and that's how 3 months and 30 requests have built up... How are us clients ment to get support for in app issues? I've touched the JIRA logo at the bottom of the screen bringing me here.... due to needing help ...
When I've raised support request at ct farm and ct telegram an automated response from JIRA arrives saying we have received your request.... However that's where it ends ..
Either ct buisness think that JIRA doing support request means they don't actually have support staff hence 30+ support request left untouched.... Now if JIRA is the automation I get ... When requested support I've now touched the JIRA logo bottom of their screen
I get no response from them and 1st response from JIRA.
.. been trying since 1st week of January nearly 4 months?
Hi @Shawn -
To whom did you sent your requests.
To Atlassian or to a url of an Jira Service Management site of a company?
If this is a company, reach out to this company?
Please provide more context, bt don't mention the exact url if they are not Atlassian public ones

Hi @Shawn -
Contact the admins of Jira or reach out to the companies IT to find out.
Contact the responsible people within your organization.
This community is a public forum, but not Jira support in your company.
What is the site you're making requests to, if this is https://<name>.atlassian.net, this is a Cloud instance from a company or individual and you need to contact them.
