What does "RIS" stand for?
We are a community of users of our own Jira products so we can't directly get you access to a specific Jira instance.
If the Jira instance that you are trying to access is one provided by your employer you should contact your manager or the technical support team for your company.
If that doesn't address your need, can you provide more info about who owns the Jira system you are trying to access.
