The built in Velocity Report shows velocity associated with a Scrum Board for the past 7 sprints. 

To get what you want will require use of a third party app.

I can't provide you with the steps for using a specific app. You need to first decide which app you want to try. You will need to get the information for how to use the app from the vendor documentation for that app. In the Atlassian Marketplace you can find links to the vendor's documents for the app under the Support tab for that app.
