If so you need to reach out to your internal IT to request access. 

This is the Atlassian Community, so we wouldn't be able to grant you access to your companies stie.

Since this is your company's instance, no one has access to your Jira, expect you and the people you are working with. Therefore, they are the ones who need to give you access.

The only one that can help you are the administrators of your companys Jira instance.
