i lost all the data

Your project admin or Jira admin needs to give you access. Contact them and tell them that you need the access.

@Giorgi Modus there should be someone in your team that is either the project or Jira administrator. Atlassian cannot directly add you to the project, because they don't have the access to your instance.

I am administrator, but project is lost, i can not find it, all the tasks are lost.

@Giorgi Modus that is different then. Check if the Jira space is archived by going to Settings -> Spaces -> Archived. Also check the trashed spaces. When the space is deleted, it will remain in trash for 60 days. If the Jira space is not in any of these sections, space has been deleted.

both of them  - "Archived" and "Trash" are empty.

@Giorgi Modus this is also a different screen. Your site can be deactivated if you were not active for 120 days. I have requested help from Atlassian support engineers to contact you. Expect their contact in 2-3 business days.

Hello, Good day. Checking from my end, I see you are part of the site gxxxxxxxxxs.atlassian.net (have mentioned only the first and last letters from domain name). I can confirm that this site is active now. Are you facing issues with a different site?
