I have created a workflow and need the same thing to reflect in sprints. how can i link sprint  to workflow?

Hi Hammad - Workflows are associated with projects, not sprints. And then the sprints are associated with the project. If you have a sprint that spans multiple projects, all projects will need to be linked to the same Workflow Scheme. 

Your sprint board is then linked to the statuses that are in the workflow scheme. You can have multiple workflows in a single scheme with different issue types linked to different workflows. But the key is to link the project(s) to the workflow scheme.

in general - you don't link sprints to workflows (there is no direct relationship) but

• workflows to issue types via a workflow scheme (see https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiracloud/working-with-workflows-776636540.html)
• workflow statuses to board columns via board configuration (see https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftwarecloud/configuring-columns-764477997.html)

So in order to use your workflow within your sprint you'll have to

1. add the newly created workflow to your workflow scheme so that your issues are using the workflow
2. configure your board colums as needed and ensure that the statuses of your workflow are mapped to the correct board columns

Associate that workflow with your project - or/and issue types that you are using. 

It will automatically start showing up with issues in your sprint.
