i can't create project widget

i try with this docs:

to create widget but i can't see the option "Project settings > Widget", 
and i'm the admin, so how i can fix it ?

Can you confirm that you are working with a Service project? Does it say Service at the top of the navigation pane on the left below the project name?

Can you confirm that you are working with a Company Managed project? Does it say company-managed at the bottom of the navigation pane on the left?

The article that you referenced states that is is for Company Managed Service projects only.
