i am not able to view the new picklist value in issue type?

i just added the new issue type through settings but while created new issue , i am not able to view that issue type in the picklist.

Please make sure that you've added the newly created issue type to the Issue Type Scheme associated with your project.

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

I just followed the below steps but still not able to view the newly created issue type.
