i already have an account on jira but today site asking for new singup or login. i lost my old files

i have all my graphic design ai files on jira project issues. but they all lost. i want all my data back. that is so important work for my office.

When was the last time you successfully accessed that Jira content?

Were you using a Jira subscription you set up for yourself, or was it set up by somebody else and you were granted access to it?

Are you sure you are using the correct email address to login?
