how to right logic for each option in JSM form if we select the option then side by should get the attachment not downside,it is possible.

Hi @Abilash 

The only solution you have is to create a Form on JSM space and on the form create 4 checkbox field and 4 attachments fields.

You could add them in a table or use the layout option in the form.

You can't link the information from those attachment fields to the real attachment field, as Jira only has one field lie this.
