You therefore have two native alternatives:

1. Keep conditional behavior:
   Create one conditional section for Facebook, Google, TikTok, and Pinterest. The appropriate upload fields will appear underneath the checkbox question.
2. Keep the side-by-side layout:
   Create a table or two-column layout with each platform and its attachment field in the same row, but leave all attachment fields permanently visible.

The only solution you have is to create a Form on JSM space and on the form create 4 checkbox field and 4 attachments fields.

You could add them in a table or use the layout option in the form.

You can't link the information from those attachment fields to the real attachment field, as Jira only has one field lie this.
