how to modify reporter in jira

I want to modify reporter,but I can't do this.

Please give me an interface!!!

You can update it like any other field on an issue, although your user must have "modify reporter" permission

No.We wrote an application to creat issue ,but now we just use an account to log in and creat.

I want to modify reporter after creating issue by APP automatically.
