Please provide solution for how to know my jira running host url

It's whatever you have set up for it.  We can't tell you the url for a system you set up, we do not know what you have done. 

Best we can do is assume you have installed Jira Server on a machine with the defaults and no proxies or aliasing, in which case the url is the one you used to run through setup, and can be described as <machine Jira is installed on>:8080  (the bit in <> is either the name of the machine if DNS can resolve it, or the raw IP address)
