how to give write access for other users on my dashboard?

I created a dashboard for my team but they only can view it. I want to give them acces to write on the dashboard and work it as if it were a repository.

I don't get what you want to do. Do you want to give your team the ability to configure the dashboard,  I.e. change gadgets or something like that?

Which version of Jira are you using. In the current version, you can add editors to the dashboard in its config.

I'm not sure with which version this feature has been delivered exactly, but if you can update to 7.13.x, it will be definitely there.
