how to get the summarized worklog for a specific person in the project

e.g.: I have a selection and I want to know how many hours logged a specific person on the selected issues between a period (start date and end date)

Or any other way that I could get (export) the same information that is showed under the "Work log" tab in the issue. (who, when, how many hours logged)

Volodymyr's answer is correct, although it requires coding skills and time.

Alternatively, you can buy a cheap addon for getting what you need.

You can cal search REST method adding "worklog" to the fields param. Then you have to iterate issues/worklogs and match worklog author with a person you are counting hours for.
