how to fix device unsupported login issue

  1. I updated my Samsung galaxy ultra 24 . Since then I cannot login to Jira app

please help this

Hello @Pradeep Venkatesh 

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

That message is based on a setting made by the Organization Admins of your Atlassian Cloud environment. You will need to contact those people about the issue you are having.

Here we are a user community. We are users of our own Atlassian Cloud environments. We don't have access to the environment you are accessing.

Hi @Pradeep Venkatesh 

As @Trudy Claspill mentions, you Organisation admin has setup a mobile device policy in the admin section of your Atlassian Cloud instance.

This can't be altered by us on the community, so you need to reach out to the Organisation admin of your instance.
