I test the bugs in the software and we have our Jira that is not connected or can give access to the developers of another company.

I now have access to the developers jira that has no communication or integration with mine. How can I effectively export one bug or many bugs into a file and then import to their Jira?

There is no point to do the same bug over and over again, so if you can help with how to export one or more bugs into a csv or xml file that I can then import them to this another company Jiras I would appreciate.

Hello @Renata Baldissara-Kunnela

Welcome to the community.

From the Issue Navigator (Filters > Advanced issue search) you can construct a search for the issues you want to export. When you have your results, you can click on the Export button in the upper right corner to export the information.

If you export it to a CSV file, then some of that data can be imported into another Jira system. Not all data can be transferred in that manner. Issue History cannot be transferred, for example. And non-admin users face additional limitations on what can be transferred. I believe that when a non-admin imports data in that manner, the status of the issue will be forced to the starting status in the workflow for that type of issue in the destination system/project. When an Admin imports the data (through a feature available to admins under Settings > System) they can set the issue to any valid status in its workflow.

You can find more information on CSV imports here:
