the questions is when a new user wants to create ticket and request some permissions, then he goes to select the manager or director to approve it. How to edit that list of managers/directors to add or remove?
When creating new user request, the requested ask for permissions and then he is going to add his direct manager from a list of manager to approve the request.
There is a field "user manager" and then from drop down list he can select the manager.
But, there is a list which as a text under that field where it lists all approvers, that list i want to edit
