Hi Sergei, welcome to the Community. What is it you are trying to do exactly? What do you need assistance with? In a board you have:

cards - they represent issues
swimlanes - horizontal rows that allow you to organize the presentation of issue
columns - that represent statuses in your workflow

all of this is configured under Board settings if this is a Classic project.
