how to create a new sprint

I want to know how to create a new sprint because I cant find the button of “create a new sprint”

Often if you can't find the Create Sprint button, it means you don't have the access rights to do so. Have you created sprints recently but now can't? Or is this the first time trying to create a sprint? You need to have Administer Project permissions for that project
