how to convert multiple sub-tasks to other work type + link new parent

Hi,

I have a challange:

Having story with ~30 sub-tasks.

I would like to convert the story to Epic and move all the sub-tasks to be childrens of the epic as new work type (task)

I would like to have automatic way because I have more than one case.

Appreciate any idea.

As far as I know there isn't a out-of-the-box way to do it.
