how to connect into jira with python to consume rest api ?

I have used all authentification examples but the same error:

401 permission denied

This simply means that whatever you are doing for authentication is wrong - either the credentials or the method are not recognised.

We can't tell you what you are doing wrong beyond that, as you have given us no information about what you are doing.
