i dont get where a signature field is

Can you please explain in more detail what you are looking for? Do you want to add an electronic signature to your Jira issues? Jira does not offer a feature like that by default, but you can have a look at the Atlassian Marketplace, for example:
Marketplace search "Signature" for Jira Software Cloud
