I started trying out insight for Jira Service Desk cloud yesterday. I looked for the features I already know about the plugin version for Jira Service Desk server but I realized that the plugin is different in the Atlassian cloud.
It has less functions, maybe.
I ask you something very simple.
Can I associate a single asset to an issue ?
That is when I click on the link asset button, I see that I can select more than one object (from Insight).
How can I limit a single selection, as it happens in a simple way instead in the server version of the plugin when I associate an object to a custom field ?
I can't do this in Jira Service Desk Cloud ?

In other words my need is to create a "company" field that contains a company code. But once I have chosen a company, I would like to populate other fields: postal address, telephone, city, with the data associated with that company. I can't do this thing on Jira Cloud, I don't know if you know plugins or methods to do it. Surely I understand that with the powerful Insight you can't do it (because you are allowed to choose more values and I can't have more than one company on my issue).
