I want to task not move in verification tab without time tracking

Welcome to the community!

Do you mean requiring work log when status changes?

If yes, go to Task Workflow -> Select relevant transition -> Validators -> Add Validator -> Field Required Validator -> Choose Time Spent as a required field.
