I suspect you want to ask that of EPREL, not the Atlassian Community.

My guess is that EPREL are using Atlassian software for part of their site (the EPREL I'm thinking of certainly does), and you have clicked on "Help with Atlassian Jira" instead of "Help with EPREL things"
