Did you mean:

how much this will cost for me, if i create a user and inactivate it in less then one month

Problem:

Hello everybody, I need to create a workflow, this workflow will be use just one time for each of my clients and will take 2 or 3 weeks, and i would like to share the workflow progress to my clients.

Possible soluction:

Create a kamban workflow in Jira, create a "user" before workflow start in Jira for each client, after the end of the workflow i will inactivate the user.

Question:

If i would implement this workflow, how much this will cost for me, if i create a user and inactivate it in less then one month for example?

Jira's licences work on a tiered pool basis.  You buy a licence for tier X, and Jira doesn't care what you do with the users of it.  As long as the number of licenced active users is below or at the licence limit, it's fine.  Your "temporary" user will consume one licence while it is active.

Um, the licences have not worked that way since version 3 of Jira.

Could you go to Admin -> Licence and see what that says?  Or Admin -> Manage Apps?  Either of those should tell you what licence you actually have.
