How do I move a task in a sprint from "to do" to "in progress"? When I try to move it, it only wants to go to the done section.

Hi @Rich Burns ,

Probably the "In progress" Column doesnt have "In Progress" status associated to it.

You can check at board -> Configure -> Columns

Depending on the workflow this might be the only option. You have to check that to answer this.

So if in the work flow diagram there is not listing for "in progress" that would be why I can't move it there, correct?

Correct but keep in mind multiple status ins a board can represent a column.

For example you can have workflow with Todo -> In Progress -> Done but also Todo -> Done allowed.
