how do i use a new issue type across all my company managed projects?

Question

i have created a new issue type for our support team, with its own fields and workflows, how would i then add this new issue to a specific list of projects and have it still have its own fields and screens and workflows without affect the existing projects settings?

Hi @Vadim Gantman

You will need to do the following:

* Add the new issue type to all the used issue type schemes on the projects you want use the issue type
* Add the used screen scheme to the issue type screen schemes used by the projects you want to add the issue type
* Add the workflow of the issue type to the workflow schemes used by the projects you want to add the issue type
