I have connected highlevel to Jira so that it will create a task when someone orders our products but the connection on Jiras side seems to have some sort of problem because it failed to create a task. I talked to highlevels support and they confirmed that the integration on highlevels side is connected right. I just need to know what to do to get that working.
Hello @Kalin Taylor
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
Can you provide a link to the reference documentation you used to set up that integration?
I followed this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uL7s3gGlp-E
Inside highlevel it says that we are connected but we are being failed to push things to Jira.

I am not familiar with the Highlevel app.
I see from the video that you have to specify the user login, and API token, and the Jira URL.
From that I surmise that the Highlevel app is trying to interact with Jira through the REST API.
At this point I am only guessing about what the problem might be:
I recommend that you push back on Highlevel support to provide you with more information. They should be able to explain to you exactly what is being verified when they say that Highlevel is successfully connecting to Jira. Are they validating that the email address you provided has access to the specified Jira product? Are they validating that the API token you provided is valid?
Do they provide log files in their app that give you information about what is occurring when their app tries to interact with Jira? Or can their support team view such log files? Are you getting any kind of error message in the UI when you attempt to interact with Jira through Highlevel?

Hello @Kalin Taylor
Were you able to get the assistance you needed from the app vendor? Can you share with us anything you learned from them, in case somebody else with the same issue searches this community for an answer?
