how do I turn on parallel sprints? help doc not helpful for me

The help doc I found gives steps that don't exist in my Jira.  I am an admin for sure.  It says the info below but I have no "products" link.

1. Click Settings ()> Products, then scroll down the page to the Jira Software section.

2. Under Jira Softwareconfiguration, select the Parallel Sprints checkbox.

Access the URL <sitename>.atlassian.net/secure/SoftwareConfig.jspa

If you have the permission, you will be able to see the option for enabling Parallel Sprints there.
