how do I set ideal hours (in my case 7hrs) in JIRA Agile, instead of 8hrs which JIRA sets it.

we consider 7hrs as 1 day tasks, I would like to set this as project level parameter in JIRA , currently it takes 8hours as default.

Please guide me on this setting

It can't be set on project level only globally, see:
