how do I find documents that start with SUP?

When I get allocated documents, how do I find them when I log into Jira

Jira doesn't have "documents", it's an issue tracker, so it tracks issues. Assuming that you mean the issues when you say "documents", then you'll find that all issues with their unique keys starting with SUP- are in the project with a key of SUP, so "project = SUP" will find all of them.

If you mean something other than issues, please can you explain what it is in Jira-speak?
