Log in as an admin, go to Admin -> Add-ons -> Find new add-ons

Go to your dashboard (click on the jira logo, top left), click on "jira settings" then "apps" then "find new apps"

Find the add-on you want, and follow the installation instructions

Then it is not available to Cloud.  Do you know which calendar App it is?  There are several I've used (I'm not familiar with any on Cloud though)

Any app that will provide a calendar view will be relevant.

I want to be able to view ongoing projects by team members and week days (on a calendar)

Go to the marketplace, search for "calendar" and narrow it to Jira and Cloud - you'll get a number of candidates, I'd say the first 3 or 4 look promising, and worth evaluating.
