how correct jira configuration to use my old database?

Depuis  plus de 6 mois que je l'ai installé telque vu sur ce lien: 

Mais après une mise à jour de ubuntu et de mysql l'application ne fonctionne plus quelques jours, j'ai conservé la base de données qque je veux réutiliser. Tomcat demarre et mysql 4.7 aussi mais quand je tape l'adresse IP:8080 j'ai cette erreur

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Per your description, I understand that your Jira application is not starting up anymore after you updated your Ubuntu and MySQL database. Is that correct?

In order to further investigate what might be happening, can you please provide us with the error returned in the Jira.logs of your application? You can check the documentation below to know how you can collect it:

Logging and profiling 

Please, ensure to hide any sensitive data before posting it in this community question.

Without those logs, I can only recommend checking the following:

  1. Check if your current operating system and MySQL Database are supported in the Jira version you are currently using:
    Supported platforms 
  2. Try to start your Jira with no apps, by following the instructions in the KB below:
    Startup check: Starting JIRA 

Let us know if you have any questions. We will be waiting for the log details to better troubleshoot the problem.
