I am supposed to be set up as a manager in Jira (my role is scrum master), but as I start in with the Jira training doc, it doesn't look like I have access to certain features I should e.g. adding team members, deleting tasks/issues and such.

My profile does NOT say Manager...or show any other user type either.

Hi @Barb Pratt,

Welcome to the community.

In Jira, there is no manager role by default.

It sounds like you want to have Project Administrator permissions.

If you have the Project Settings entry in the sidebar, you have this permission,  if  not,  you don't.

If you are missing this permission,  ask a project administrator or a Jira system administrator to grant you that permission.
