Hi,
The Control Chart only includes former statuses in the calculation of the cycle time but excludes 'time in current status' (also former time in the current status is excluded).
This makes it useles as a tool for finetuning processes or using it as an early warning sign.
I'm going to try to get this information via Excal but maybe someone has a better idea?
