Hello @Tareq Shelbayeh

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

When was the last time you accessed the information?

Atlassian has a policy about deactivating Free subscriptions that are inactive for an extended period of time. They send warning emails before deactivating the subscription, and another when they actually do deactivate the subscription. The data is then held for a short period of time before being permanently deleted.

If it was only recently deactivated you can try to reactivate it by going to https://admin.atlassian.com/billing then Subscriptions > Inactive.

If you don't see it there, then only Atlassian can assist you. As @John Funk has already flagged your post to raise it to Atlassian team members' attention, you should hear back from them within 2 business days.
